Payment Policies:
All payments are to be made, at the time of service. Should your insurance company deny benefits or fail to pay for any reason, you are responsible to pay the balance due. Please note: A pre-certification is NOT a guarantee of benefit payment.
Cancellation Policies:
To avoid a cancellation fee, cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after 24 hrs and No Shows are subject to the full fee for the time scheduled.
Fee schedule:
Private Pay
Initial Visit (90 minutes) – $200.00
Single Session (50 minutes) – $130.00
Double Session (100 minutes) – $260.00
Couple Session (50 minutes) -$260.00
Note: Sliding Scale fees may be available with income verification.
Other Services
Phone calls for crisis intervention, reports, and other services will be billed at the Private Pay rate in 15-minute increments. Court appearances are pre-paid and billed at an initial $200.00 fee plus travel time. Anytime over one hour will be billed at the regular Private Pay rate in 15-minute increments. Should a 2nd party issue the subpoena, the client is responsible for payment for court appearances or documents.
Superbill
We’re not in-network with all insurances at this time. This means you would pay the session fee at the appointment time & later seek reimbursement from your insurance company, using Reimbursify (link below) with a provided Superbill if you prefer. You can see if you have out-of-network coverage by logging into the insurance company website or by calling the number on the back of your card.
